Little John

Little Johns are characterized by their flattened sides, which produce strong vibrations and a wobbling action. Unlike classic crankbaits with rounded edges, this creates a significantly more distinctive action in the water. The Little John DD 60 also features a distinctive sound thanks to a tungsten ball with a weight-shifting system.

The series includes a total of nine models in various sizes and diving depths, ensuring that there is a suitable lure for every situation. From micro versions for subtle presentations to deep-diving DD and XL models, the series covers a very wide range of applications.

In general, the SPRO Little John models are designed as “silent” lures, meaning they do not have a traditional rattle. One exception is the Type R variant, such as the SPRO Little John 50 Type R, where the “R” stands for “rattle.” These models generate additional acoustic stimuli and attract fish not only through pressure and action, but also through sound.
