The McStick was designed by the successful American MLF angler Mike McClelland. This jerkbait was developed to hover in place even at lower water temperatures, making it look like a small prey fish that remains motionless in the water for a long time. It’s ideal for twitching for perch, zander, and pike during the cold winter months. In addition to the classic McStick 110, there is also the deep-diving variant, the McStick 110+1. Both models are 11 cm long and offer the same proven action, but differ significantly in their diving depth.

The McStick 110 runs shallow and reaches a depth of about 1.5 meters, making it perfect for shoreline areas, shallow water, and active fish.
The McStick 110+, on the other hand, is the deep-diving version and takes the lure to a depth of about 3 to 4 meters, allowing anglers to specifically target predators holding at deeper depths.

With its erratic movements, the lure mimics an injured prey fish and entices even cautious predators to strike. The lure has proven itself in the U.S. for years and is becoming increasingly popular in Europe as well.
