The Lucky Craft WAH series was developed specifically for delicate trout fishing in heavily fished waters and really shines when fish are active just below the surface. We currently carry two models in this series: the WAH 38 Surf Max SS and the WAH 65 Long Max SS. Both lures are slow-sinking, allowing them to be worked with great control just below the surface. Despite their compact design, the magnet-free casting system and balanced construction allow for surprisingly long casts. The tight, natural action works particularly well when retrieved slowly and appeals even to cautious trout. Especially in situations with high fishing pressure, this subtle presentation can often make all the difference.
